Our multidisciplinary team—including physicians, nurse practitioners, care navigators, medical assistants, and support staff—deliver personalized, comprehensive care aimed at improving health outcomes, enhancing quality of life, and reducing the need for traditional office visits.

Homedica accepts most major insurance plans to make accessing care as simple as possible. We are in-network with Medicare and participate in the majority of Louisiana Managed Medicaid plans, helping ensure our patients can receive high-quality, in-home medical care with confidence.
